BAS Foundation

The BAS Foundation was established in 2024 by EXA Holding B.V. The objective of the foundation is to promote health and personal development for the benefit of children and young people who are growing up in poverty or disadvantaged situations, as well as their immediate environment. The foundation primarily focuses on those matters for which no or insufficient financial resources are made available by the government. The activities it may undertake can be highly diverse. They may involve areas such as nutrition, housing, healthcare, education, and access to the labor market, all interpreted in the broadest sense. In doing so, the aim is to ensure that children and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds can lead as normal a life as possible and develop their full potential.

The foundation’s board consists of the following members:

• Harm Verhagen (Treasurer)

Financial Information and Activity Report
The first fiscal year of BAS Foundation ends on December 31, 2025. After the end of the fiscal year, the financial report and the activity report for the first year (2024/2025) will be published on this website.
